What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We do not accept returns on unsold product after 90 days.

When will I get my order?
Wholesale orders ship in 2 weeks. Often orders can ship within a day or two of ordering. Send us a note and let us know if your order is urgent and we'll do our best to get it out right away. Email: orders@cgco.co
What do I do if there's an issue with my order?
Just let us know and we'll fix it. Our email is orders@cgco.co and you can call 347 514 9519. If we're not available, just leave a message and we'll get back to you asap. Email is often faster than phone.
Where are your products manufactured?
Liquid soaps and cleaners are manufactured in the USA. Our production facility and fulfillment warehouse are both in Brooklyn NY. Our cardboard is manufactured in New York State. Plastic components are made in the USA and China (our recyclable refill pouches are not made in the USA. They can only be produced in China). Accessories are made in various locations from Sweden to China.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to find the lowest shipping available. For that reason, we might use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination of carriers.

How do I set my prices?
Shipping cleaning products is expensive. It's just something we have to work with. We encourage you to add the cost of shipping to our prices before setting your retail price.
The simplest way to price products is by bottle. Take the landed cost of your refill product, divide by the number of ounces (there are 320 oz per 2.5 gallon box), multiply by the bottle size (our bottles are generally 16 oz. Plastic laundry is 32).
Alternately, you can set a per-ounce cost and calculate based on the size of the bottle being refilled.
Do you offer terms?
We don't offer net payment terms to any retailers. After 15 years of chasing payments, we found it took too much time. We do offer credit card payments and Shopify Installments. Please let us know if you'd like to use a different installment payment program and we will review. Thanks for understanding.
Can I sell online?
We allow online sales with approval on a case-by-case basis. We do not allow online advertising on Google, Meta, or other social media sites. Please reach out to us to discuss.
Do you offer territory protection?
Yes, we'll always check to make sure new accounts aren't too close to current ones.
How do I get a return label for empty liners?
Email us with the qty of liners, weight and dimension of the box (estimate if you don't have a scale) and we'll send you a label.
